  1. Roj nahaane ke samay apne sar par jal ki dhaara daalte hue “Om namah shivay” mantra ka jap kare.
  2. Agar kundli me chandrama ashubh hai to somwar ka vrat kare.
  3. Agar Chandra kamjor ho to moti dharan kare. 
  4. Somwar ko shivling ka abhishek kheer se kare aur prarthna kare. 
  5. Ghar me kisi mahila ko pareshaan na kare.
  6. Ratri ko sone se pahle gungune garm paani me namak daalke apne dono paanwo ko usme daliye. 20 se 30 minut tak dale rakhiye. 
  7. Smay samay par Out door activities ke liye jaya kare jaise trekking, picnic etc.
